Your organization is the top-level container for all your shops, staff, services, and bookings. It represents your business and provides centralized management across all locations.
What is an Organization?
An organization in Bookd represents your business entity. When you create an account, you'll set up your organization with:
- Business name
- Timezone
- Preferred language
- Currency
- Organization slug (used in your landing page URL)

Can I have multiple organizations?
Currently, each account is associated with one organization. If you need to manage multiple separate businesses, you'll need separate accounts.
How do I change my organization name?
- Go to Settings from the sidebar
- Select Organization Settings
- Update your organization name
- Click Save Changes
What happens to my shops if I change organization settings?
Organization-level settings (like timezone and currency) apply to new shops by default, but existing shops retain their individual settings. You can update each shop's settings independently.
